The Kiwanis Haunted House reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. 

You will experience intense audio,lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog and a physically demanding environment.  You should not participate if you are pregnant, have claustrophobia, prone to seizures, heart or respiratory problems. 

You will not be permitted if you appear overly intoxicated.
 
NO smoking, drinking or eating inside of the attractions.

No running, touching props, and do not touch the actors.  If you violate these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.

This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price.  Holder understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending The Kiwanis Haunted House.  Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in The Kiwanis Haunted House.  In consideration and acceptance of entrance into The Kiwanis Haunted House, holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, officers, directors and employees as well as landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending The Kiwanis Haunted House.
